Hometrack hosts Mortgage Innovation: Data and Risk Summit

Taking place on 12th September at the Malmaison Hotel in Leeds, the Summit brought together the industry’s biggest names, highlighting the experimentation and expertise driving faster and more automated decisioning and lending.

Hometrack hosted a Mortgage Innovation: Data and Risk Summit on 12th September to provide a forum for industry-wide conversations on the future of the mortgage industry.

The Mortgage Innovation: Data and Risk Summit 2024 took place at the Malmaison Hotel in Leeds with speakers including Rory Marsden, Chief Operating Officer at Hometrack, Sarah Guha, Director of Product at Hometrack and Theo Brewer, Director of Analytics and Consulting at Hometrack.

The keynote speeches at the conference were delivered by Dame Inga Beale, the former CEO of Lloyds of London and Rob Stevens, Head of Property Risk at Nationwide.

A wide range of sessions took place as part of the event, including:

  • A lender panel Q&A with key leadership figures from Hometrack
  • The opportunities and risks posed by regulations such as Basel 3.1
  • Property Data – and moving beyond risk teams
  • Looking to the future, how data and risk management will develop over the next five years
